Justin Nelson started in Real Estate at the age of 16 years old when his dad Mike Nelson jumped into Real Estate after a long stint in the corporate world. Mike let Justin almost immediately take over as the lead for all marketing and lead generation efforts. In 2016 Justin got licensed and immediately shot to success closing over $360,000 in GCI in his first 16 months at the age of 19 years old using Social Media as the catalyst. Justin went on to become the Team Leader and help grow the team to 15+ people and opened a new office expansion site for the team in Colorado Springs. In late 2018 Justin embarked on a journey to teach in over 35 states and 135+ locations to over 10,000 agents across the country on a speaking tour about growing a Real Estate business via social media tallying over 300 days on the road. During this tenure, Sphere Rocket was founded. Sphere Rocket is a Real Estate Social Media training company that at its peak had 1,000+ active monthly paying coaching clients. Sphere Rocket then evolved into a powerhouse in the world of Virtual Assistant Placements for the Real Estate Niche and many more business sectors. Virtual Assistant placement is what Justin is most known for now in the Real Estate space. Sphere Rocket VA is the primary focus of Justin's and in 2020 Sphere Rocket VA will help over 200 Real Estate agents get a full time virtual assistant to help leverage all their unwanted tasks off at an average monthly cost of $500 per month. Justin now resides in Nashville, TN where he runs Sphere Rocket which has grown to 10+ team members. Justin also still maintains both a Colorado and Tennessee Real Estate License to help referrals buy and sell homes.
